The mailto: script calls x-terminal-emulator -e mutt "$@".
However, the case might arise where x-terminal-emulator is a term not
supporting the -e flag (e.g. blackbox-terminal).
This is not a standardized flag:
man foot e.g. tells me -e is supported, though it is only supported for
compatibilty reasons.

Actually this is a bug in blackbox, and a direct policy violation, thus
setting serious.
To quote [0]: "... must provide the -e flag ... "

Upstream is discussing to implement this, see forwarded link.
