Given https://github.com/ProtonMail/gosop/issues/25, I'm wondering
whether it would still be appropriate to provide "sopv (= 1.0)"?

Personally, this is one of the upstream issues that is preventing me
from adding explicit gosop support into dpkg, which I'll love to do
once it's ready! Thanks for maintaining it. :)
