.MR macros, introduced with groff 1.23.0, are not handled by mandoc, no output is generated. This is visible, for example, from the fuseiso manual page currently in unstable and testing. Compare the output of 'man fuseiso' to the webview [0], most notably the SEE ALSO section. Fortunately there seems to be a fix to this in upstream's vcs [1] already, files man_html.c and man_validate.c, though not released yet. Please consider cherry-picking the fix as groff 1.23.0 is already part of trixie.
