Dear Daniel,

I've not been fully MIA but, indeed, I have not taken care of this package.
For what is work, 4 years ago I indicated in the debian-security-tools
mailing list [1] that I was struggling with the security packages I
maintained and already signaled that help would be appreciated.

In any case, I have today uploaded my local GIT repo to Salsa [2], synced
with the NMUs and introduced some minor fixes. I would indeed appreciate
help (merge requests or patches) to improve the package and get the new
upstream release in.

In the short term I'm going to focus first in fixing some long standing
bugs. Once this is done, I will work in the last upstream release which, as
of this writing [3] appears to be 4.5.1 (released on 8 September 2024)

Best regards

Javier
