"recover_qi.pl" is a maintenance utility to repair on-disk queue index: https://github.com/rsyslog/rsyslog/blob/master/tools/recover_qi.pl Its use might be necessary to flush disk queue after unclean shutdown. It would be very convenient if this utility will be shipped with the package to spare users from trip to upstream repository. Thanks.
