Hi Dima,this sounds like a duplicate of #1056866, also note that the package was removed from Debian in #1057977. Any reason you filled it?

I looked briefly, and fixing them appears non-trivial, at least to those with no prior cython experience. Any Debian people adept at keeping this going?
