Dear FTP Team, As part of the Bioconductor 3.19 transition, the Debian R team agreed [0] to remove builds for 32-bit architectures (where possible) in line with upstream's cessation of support for 32-bit systems. Here is the 24th such removal request, this time for r-bioc-gosemsim. `dak` complains about "r-bioc-rcpi" but that is an "arch:all" and leaf package. In my opinion, removing the 32-bit packages for r-bioc-gosemsim should not cause a problem. $ ssh mirror.ftp-master.debian.org "dak rm --architecture=armel,armhf,i386 --no-arch-all-rdeps --binary-only --partial --rdep-check --no-action r-bioc-gosemsim" Will remove the following packages from unstable: r-bioc-gosemsim | 2.28.1-1 | armel, armhf, i386 Maintainer: Debian R Packages Maintainers <r-pkg-t...@alioth-lists.debian.net> ------------------- Reason ------------------- ---------------------------------------------- Checking reverse dependencies... # Broken Build-Depends: r-bioc-rcpi: r-bioc-gosemsim (2.30.0 >=) Dependency problem found. $ apt-cache rdepends r-bioc-rcpi r-bioc-rcpi Reverse Depends: $ build-rdeps --distribution unstable r-bioc-rcpi Reverse Build-depends in unstable/main: --------------------------------------- No reverse build-depends found for r-bioc-rcpi.
