Hi Phill,

First of all I want to thank you for having had some time to try "baby" and for all your observations, that shows that you are very focused on what you do

Regarding the storage of rules, you are absolutely right, in the next version that I must upload, improving the debian/copyright file and other things, I will make the change to: ~/config/baby/baby.conf

I take with great appreciation all the recommendations

sincerely,

Hi Manuel,

Not a review. Purely a package usage observations.

'baby' currently requires super user access to use i.e. you must be root or use
'sudo' to create
rules. This is because of the access levels required to write to
'/etc/baby.conf'.

Would this application not be better creating a '~/config/baby/baby.conf', so
that all users can use
the package for creating rules that do and do not require a certain access
level?

A future thing to think on is command completion for created rules.

Regards

Phil
