When installing a Custom Debian Distribution I want to have etc/issue
mention the name of it...

Most if not all conffiles are files in /etc, so I don't understand what
you're trying to argue here...

It's explaining why there is something mentioned about testing/unstable,
nothing about why it could not include anything else...

I think this was in the assumption I wanted to have only testing or
unstable and not both mentioned (actually I want to get rid of both and
include the name of the CDD...)?
