Well, most of the terms are *not* translated, which will make the keyboard list in D-I look a little bit cryptic to users. As explained in D-I i18n documentation, the best way to translate this file is using the English "translation" as reference. So you should pick up the file named "en.po" (the D-I i18n documentation explains how to do this), rename it to "ne.po" and then replace there the English names of keyboard maps by the corresponding Nepali translations.)
