Indeed. Timing is a difficult matter as it depends on others to adopt
these patches. I didn't want to delay these patches to figure out the
timing first and was expecting more like 10 initially. At this time, I
hope that I'm done and the total count is about 50. That's packages that
will FTBFS when changing, so quite obviously we're more into weeks than
days. On the flip side, this should definitely be done in 2023 or we'll
drag it on into forky.

In the grand scheme of things, I'm hoping for sooner rather than later,
because this aspect is the one that lets us convert the biggest chunk of
probably 400 packages using binNMUs and beyond that, we're looking into
more manual work for the remaining 1600 ones to be done by trixie.

Unlike many other things I've done in Debian, the /usr-merge one is one
where my predictions were repeatedly wrong, so I'm having a harder time
to nail down timing. Hope you can understand.

We'll upgrade these bugs to RC ahead of doing the breaking upload.
