We want to change dh_installsystemd to install units to /usr. The exim4 packaging also wants this and performs the change that we want in debhelper. Unfortunately, when debhelper changes, this makes exim4 FTBFS. I propose changing the condition such that it becomes a noop once we change dh_installsystemd. I've attached a patch implementing it. Once applied, exim4 will build in the same way as before with current and future debhelper. Helmut
