librust-block-buffer-0.9+block-padding-dev is uninstallable after the update of rust-block-padding to version 0.3. It would be possible to fix this by introducing a rust-block-padding-0.2 package, but I'd really rather see the ipfs stuff move to a current version of the rustcrypto stack ( see bug 1020890 ) and this package removed.
