I cannot find an alpha porterbox, but anyway it is really hard to debug convert-usrmerge without being able to test it in a chroot over and over. I will be happy to consider merging a patch, as long as it will be obvious that it does not affect release architectures: usrmerge is frozen, work on merged-/usr started in 2014 and porters should really have tested this a few years ago. -- ciao, Marco
