Ok, I see. In fact, I was filtering those broken links out in
manpages-l10n. Might revisit that in the future.

In manpages-l10n Tobias corrected this in the build system manually.

Well, if this is on purpose, then this bug is not valid. I wrongly
assumed this to be a packaging mistake.
