Package: snmptrapd Version: 5.9+dfsg-4+deb11u1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
The file /lib/systemd/system/snmptrapd.service ends up with line ExecStart=/usr/sbin/snmptrapd -LOw -f -p /run/snmptrapd.pid whereas I guess that should instead be ExecStart=/usr/sbin/snmptrapd -Lsd -f with option "right" for syslog, and no need for PID file since systemd uses its own MAINPID anyway. I guess this was needed ever since version 5.9, I just failed to report it earlier.
