Bug#1023770: chroma: Game status bar vanishes on first exit from fullscreen until window is resized

Postscript: and if I then save my Display Options with "Custom (1920 x 
1000)" selected as the Screen Size, I can do whatever I like with 
setting Fullscreen to Yes or No and the status bar at no point 
disappears off the bottom of the window via any of the approaches listed 
in my initial report, nor any others I have managed to invent (yet).
