You might want to post this on debian-i18n@l.d.o, asking language
coordinators to forward this to their individual lists.
You could also update the status pages on www.debian.org (used by
translators to locate required translations), however, this is
probably too much work for doing this one time, so better let this to
the individual language coordinators.
And do not forget to undo this (i.e. inform debian-i18n) once
translations are sensible again, ideally asking for them directly via
podebconf-report-po(1). (Yes, usuable also for po and man
translations).
