I am building osra (#682760) with gocr-dev. During configuration stage,
osra attempts to link with either static or shared library -lPgm2asc and
fails. To build these libraries the following has to be added to
debian/rules:
override_dh_auto_build:
dh_auto_build -- all libs
Shared library should be provided by libpgm2asc0 binary package.
