I’ve tried to reproduce the failure on abel.d.o, but the autopkgtest
succeeded. I have no clue about the problem. If this is an option for
you, then I would simply force the migration despite the bad test.

Note that our armhf host is very powerfull, 160 CPU's and 255 GB RAM. Could this be a race condition? Do you want me to extract something (be very explicit, e.g. full command lines) from the testbed after a failure?
