Thanks for taking care of this transition, which went pretty smoothly, fortunately. Package octave-tisean is not active upstream since several years and it does not look like Bug#874116 is going to be fixed any soon.
I forgot to mention that I will soon release a new version of dh-octave, in order to complete the transition (liboctve-dev → octave-dev).
