Because libwebrtc_audio_processing is stripped from the webrtc project,&nbs p;and
has existed in Debian since 2012.
In addition, the libwebrtc I submitted this time provides library
(the upstream default generated static library) will not conflict with
the content pr ovided by webrtc_audio_processing.
Therefore, I suggest that we currently provide both libwebrtc and
libwebrtc_audio_processing for a period of time. If it is confirmed
that webrtc_audio_processing can be deleted later, we then consider
whether to delete webrtc_audio_processing.
