I think this name is too generic, as it's also the name of the protocol (IIUC) and we already have multiple webrtc implementing packages in the archive. Maybe libwebrtc (as it provides functions to implement webrtc) or webrtc-processing (complementary to webrtc-audio-processing, see below)?

Is this similar to what webrtc-audio-processing does for audio alone? Is this a super set or does this implement audio for webrtc differently?
