thanks
Sebastian, there is a difference to DING.
DING (
https://dict.tu-chemnitz.de/dings.cgi?service=deen&opterrors=0&optpro=0&query=Monat&iservice=
 )says:
Monat {m}; Monat {n} [Ös.] [ugs.]
Monate {pl} [anhören]
dieser Monat; laufender Monat
erste Hälfte des Monats
der Monat Mai
In particular, it says that the neutral genus is Austrian and COLLOQUIAL.  I
have no error to report to them.
In contrast, the command "dict Monat" prints, among other entries,
>From German - English Ding/FreeDict dictionary ver. 1.8.1-fd0.2.1 [fd-deu-eng]:
Monat /mˈoːnɑːt/ <neut, n, sg> [Ös.] month <n>mo., /mˈoː/ mth,
/ˌɛmtˌeːhˈɑː/"erste Hälfte des Monats" - first half of the month"der Monat Mai"
- the month of May Synonym: {Monat} see: {Monate} see: {dieser Monat} see:
{laufender Monat}
Notice that the colloquial part is missing, which leads us into thinking that
the Austrians may write "das Monat" officially. That would be a huge error
IMHO. Therefore, I take the freedom to reopen the bug report. Thanks!
Peter
