This is not just an update, but a whole new transation, so I'll have to
go read that makefile concerning l10n that I never touched. oh well.

It's my first time seeing this. I see the ohter transations also have
some addendum, but none is in latex. Can you give me a pointer to what
is that thing and how it's supposed to work?
FWIW, devscripts doesn't build any latext documents.
