this problem is present in debian stable, also in php 7.0, it makes
the package unusable in shared environment by different webservers in
a cloud configuration, that if it is possible in other distros like
alpine, it should also be fixed in 7.3 which is supported in debian
i was also blocked for saying what it is... this bug and many others
happened in the php debian packages , the packages in debian have
several segfaults and crashes due to the fast paced way of going on
the newest, (and when the maintainer is treated as he treats others
("work for me", remenber it) then he blocks people in gitlab, but
links the git repo to the debian one saying the work is in debian so
where are the bugs sent to? acl fails also in all php debian packages.
tdenetwork of devuan repos and me, rebuilts the packages and none of
these bugs happened, we made some adjust and try to said but reports
were ignored like #962495 and #959042
i guess sury repos must have their own git separate from debian and do
not mess with debian quality work
