Package: debhelper
Version: 5.0.30
Severity: normal

Hi,

I presume that was an oversight/is a bug.
I expected debian/package.foo.udev -> /etc/udev/foo.rules
when using --name="foo", but it does not remove the leading
"package." from the name given to the control file.

cheers,
Ron
