the only loss is q_atm.so, no? i've never needed libatm1 installed to use tc. if you'd like to keep it at Recommends, please feel free to close this bug. i've just been installing iproute2 via aptitude for a long time, and always have libatm1 recommended to me, and have never been sure why. thanks for taking the time to answer my bug. if you close this issue without further action, i'll kill the outstanding MR on salsa.
