Thanks, done. In addition to fixing this bug, I made some trivial janitorial changes and added an autopkgtest, but I haven't converted it to DEP-14 or to the GNOME Team debian/control.in machinery. I've opened https://salsa.debian.org/salsa/support/-/issues/250 to ask the salsa sysadmins to move it into the gnome-team namespace. smcv
