Bug#963684: libjs-mathjax: please package mathjax3

Hi Xavier,

I've noticed you prepared mathjax 3.0 in Git.  Is there any reason not
to upload it?  I'd be really interested to have not only 3.0 but rather
the latest 3.1.2.
