The migration path is to wxpython4.0, but upstream did a complete
rewrite and it's not a drop in replacement.

I think it's time to remove src:wxpython3.0 ; there are currently no
reverse dependencies in testing (the only one in sid is src:displaycal
which has been removed from testing since it's RC buggy), so can we
proceed with wxpython3.0 removal?

Won't the ftp masters hold up removal though since displaycal is still in unstable?
