For the record, it's the same bug, and it's related to a change in
libnss3:

By the way, bug #961762 "firefox-esr: WebRTC broken"[1] should have been

The "culprit" is libnss3, which unstable has a new version of it since
saturday[2]. You can check it by downgrading to the 2:3.49.1-1 version
from testing and see if that undoes the fix.
