Thanks, bumping Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 12.3~) fixes this error.
Though original error by dpkg-shlibdeps is still there (which is
something to be fixed in grpc).
If you still feel there is something for debhelper to do, then I would
like you to be explicit about which part you consider the bug in
debhelper when reassigning the bug.
Since this means updating build deps in every ruby native package and
golang package we backport, would it be possible to include this fix in
a stable update?
