Hi Pirate Praveen

It is not really clear to me what you think the bug is.  But most likely
you are looking for #933541 or a newer version of dwz (if not possible,
use dh_dwz --no-dwz-multifile or skip dh_dwz).  Either way, it involves
bumping Build-Depends or changing the d/rules of grpc (possibly
"backports-only").

If you still feel there is something for debhelper to do, then I would
like you to be explicit about which part you consider the bug in
debhelper when reassigning the bug.
