The updated package ships emjoi-*.txt in debian/emoji and installs into
/usr/share/unicode/emjoi/*

Its fragile and I need to look out in future releases, but any other
solution is almost as bad, as the files are scattered across multiple
locations; UCD.zip no longer

contains all thats needed.
