Thank you for your message!  I suspect the reason that the patch /
merge request was merged, and yet no upload was made, is because of
yet another build error:

Instead of struggling with the venerable but old 2.18 version, I think
we can start packaging the 2.19.84, i.e. the "final pre-release test
version for the upcoming 2.20 stable release".
