I am hereby offering to co-maintain/salvage the package passwdqc, applying the following criteria: * Package maintainance seems to have been incative for more than a year. * There are several new releases available. - Most if not all open bugs could be closed with the new versions. * Direct emails to the maintainer have gone unanswered for many months. I intend to maintain it under the pkg-security team. My latest work is available in my git repo[0].
