xzgv 0.9.2-2 has been uploaded, and it's been converted to use dh.
Can you verify whether or not the cross build problems are still
present with xzgv? I *think* dh/debhelper should handle fixing CC
automatically, right? I suppose we might need use special handling
for pkg-config?
