The embedded cross.patch does not apply cleanly to the upstream repository, because it changes code that was touched by another Debian patch (libbsd-overlay.patch), which is marked as Forwarded: not-needed. Can you please review whether it can now be upstreamed? Otherwise, these patches need to be swapped first. Helmut
