Are you sure that could work? AFAIK the webserver will not send files not below /usr/share/doc, no? I.e., when I do $ cd /usr/share/doc-base/ $ grep Files * | grep html | awk '{print $2}' | less I see nothing but /usr/share/doc/ pathnames. What I am trying right now is to link individual files, rather than the manual/ directories. We'll see.
