Ok, I've just uploaded 2019.04+dfsg-1 to experimental, and updated the
git master branch to that.

Feel free to add some more "wip" branches for significant changes, and
push trivial changes to master.

Just uploaded to unstable and experimental, so was a little hesitant to
respond until sorting those out, and will be working on merging in the
qemu branch(es) soon. But it should be settled enough for to at least
test your changes with 2019.04.
