both when typing e.g. 'service ssh restart' in gnome-terminal or tty1.

it was absolutely reproducible on any system (default vanilla d-i 'next,
next, finish'-setup). i've tried to reproduce it now, and suprisingly
for the first time i failed. after looking at dpkg.log, i saw that
knot-resolver was upgraded a couple of days ago (2.3.0->3.2.0).

i've verified this with another vanilla system that wasn't upgraded and
i can reproduce it there: 3.2.0-1 fixed it.

   262714      0 lrwxrwxrwx   1 root     root           36 Jan  6 21:00
/etc/systemd/system/sockets.target.wants/kresd-tls.socket ->
/lib/systemd/system/kresd-tls.socket
   262715      0 lrwxrwxrwx   1 root     root           32 Jan  6 21:00
/etc/systemd/system/sockets.target.wants/kresd.socket ->
/lib/systemd/system/kresd.socket

jftr, above output is the same, before and after the upgrade of
knot-resolver.
