You can install it using sudo dpkg -i /path/to/deb/file followed by
sudo apt-get install -f.
Alternatively, one can download the package with dget using this
command:
dget -x
https://download.qoppa.com/pdfstudioviewer/PDFStudioViewer_linux64.deb
For sponsored uploads, we need a source package. In other words, a
.dsc. And a full source code of the upstream package.
