eztrace-contrib, hwloc-contrib and starpu-contrib all built with no
changes required, so I guess can be binNMU'd.
pycuda built with the patch from #914804 (already in git)
caffe-contrib and lua-torch-cutorch failed to build, but I think for
reasons unrelated to the CUDA transition.
I think there is not much point opening a transition bug since this will
be completely at our hands ...
