I don't see how this log messages about log file creation relates to the
PidFile option.
I just uploaded 1.10.0-1 of tinyproxy to Debian unstable and I can't see
a problem with those options. Also, the comment above PidFile has
received an extra line, explaining that if PidFile is commented out, not
PidFile gets created.
I close this bug now, if you feel that there is still a problem, please
reopen or open a new one.
