Package: how-can-i-help
Version: 16
Severity: normal

I sometimes get the following error:

how-can-i-help: Error downloading data file: execution expired

Any issue with the request or with Debian's servers?

In any case, the error message doesn't give any detail.

Note: I've also noticed that apt-listbugs is very slow, but it doesn't
yield any failure.
