1) is there a good reason for which pyosmium needs to migrate to testing
   right away and couldn't possibly wait a few days more?
2) arm64 is already good again, waiting a couple more hours would have
   been enough indeed
3) I'm quite sure we want python3.6 to be installable on those
   architectures, so I'm very positive the underlying issue will be
   fixed given enough time, instead of having to workaround it like you
   are trying to do.
