A simple patch would do. There's more to be changed in the package but
real life doesn't allow me to spend enough time on it, but I certainly
can do an upload.
There was a patch provided along with the original report, basically:
-Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 7), libncurses5-dev, quilt (>= 0.40), python,
python-hdate
+Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 7), libncurses5-dev, quilt (>= 0.40),
python:native, python-hdate:native
Since there were changes like 'debhelper (>= 9)' and the added
libbsd-dev, it doesn't apply cleanly now.
(Disclaimer: I didn't check /yet/ whether it really fixes the problem,
just having a quick look from a browser).
