Hi,

2016-03-06 21:08 Helmut Grohne:
Control: block -1 by 807516

[...]
The attached patch implements that proposal. Please consider applying
it. The ":native" is supported in apt and dpkg since wheezy. If in
doubt, don't hesitate to ask for details on the identified problem or
the proposed solution.

I applied your patch and now cannot compile the package anymore.
dpkg-buildpackage complains about missing build-dependency on
python-hdate:native, despite python-hdate being installed.

What do I miss?

In the mean time, python-hdate regressed. It is now wrongly marked
Multi-Arch: foreign. Since M-A:foreign packages cannot satisfy :native
dependencies, python-hdate must be fixed first. So currently, this bug
is not actionable. Sorry.

The blocking bug was fixed a couple of months ago, so the fix for this
one can proceed.

Ping?

Would it help if we prepare an NMU for this?

Cheers.
