Please upgrade.
Using a modern ftpsync ensures updates are done in the correct order
so apt clients don't get confused. In particular, it processes
translations, contents, and more files that have been added to the
archive in recent years in the correct stage. It also should produce
trace files that contain more information that is useful for us.

Are you updating four times a day or did you set up ssh triggers with
your upstream mirror?
We update four times a day for now.
Please suggest if it is worth to set up an ssh triggers and
if the 'ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de' variant is good choice for us at
your point of view?
Maybe you can suggest better variants?
Please, take into consideration that we would like to become Primary Country
Mirror for Armenia and also have a CNAME of ftp.am.debian.org to
'mirrors.asnet.am'.
We can consider doing this. Please ping us in two or three weeks once
we have seen how good the mirror is about keeping up.
